Remember, only eligible members of the Society of Petroleum Engineers can apply. Please have your membership number ready. Also, please make sure you have all of the necessary information (e.g. date of birth, height and weight for each applicant, amounts of other inforce or pending insurance) that you will need to complete your application before you start.
